Getting Started
Who can order from Afrovino?
Afrovino supplies licensed liquor retailers only โ bottle stores, taverns, restaurants, and hotels with a valid liquor licence. We do not supply to the general public.
How do I register my business?
Go to
Register Your Business and fill in your business name, liquor licence number, contact details, and delivery address. You'll verify via a code sent to your email, then you're ready to order.
I'm already registered โ do I need to register again?
No. Your registration is saved in your browser. Just go to
Place an Order and your details will be pre-filled. If you're using a new device, re-register with the same details.
Placing Orders
How do I place an order?
1. Go to

2. Select the products and quantities you need
3. Click
Review Order and enter the confirmation code sent to your email
4. Our team will confirm availability and send EFT payment details
What products can I order?
We supply the full Heineken Beverages portfolio โ beer, cider, flavoured beverages, spirits, and wines โ plus our own Kunye Wines range (Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz).
Can I see the price list?
What is the minimum order?
There is no strict minimum, but products are priced per crate or tray. Deliveries below a certain value may incur a small delivery fee โ contact us to confirm for your area.
Payment & Delivery
How do I pay?
Payment is by EFT (bank transfer) to our FNB/RMB account. Our team will send banking details after confirming your order. Payment must reflect before dispatch.

When must I pay to get same-week delivery?
Send your proof of payment by Monday before midday to qualify for same-week delivery. Orders received after midday Monday will be scheduled for the following week.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to authorised retailers across
Gauteng and Mpumalanga. Contact
sales@afrovino.com if you're outside these areas โ we may be able to arrange collection.
Portal & Account
What is the Portal?
The
Portal is for Afrovino team members only โ it's used to manage orders, customers, promotions, and finance. Retail customers do not need portal access.
I forgot my registration details. What do I do?
Simply
re-register with your current details. Your new registration will replace the previous one. Your order history is stored on our side regardless.
